BEHIND THE GREEN DOOR

In the trio Behind the Green Door we dance in a space in-between, suspended by the wrists but with feet on the ground: between earth and sky. Well-anchored, rope in hand, free to play with simple physical forces.
Outdoors under the trees, or indoors in a black box, we commit fully to the physical restrictions of our situation. With dedication, even with tranquillity, we accept it, savouring our sensations, playing with our abilities, and transforming ourselves within a sweet and compassionate dialogue.
To be together, to do together, to affect each other, to look at each other, to feel, to be able to touch each other, to be unable to meet, to try, to sniff, to fly, to play, to smile, to laugh.
Animals who are thirsty, yet free and curious.
Children who rediscover themselves happily.
From a trickling slowness to explosive velocity, Behind the Green Door is a powerful, sensitive and empathic journey.
